Era of Dominance

Greetings People!🙌

When I saw this topic, the first thing that came to mind was a look at the future and how this world would be in 50 years. By then, we would be doing a lot of things virtually. Things like virtual feeding, virtual pregnancy, virtual marriage (traditional marriage on the internet😄), etc. We'll surely get to that realm with the speed at which technology is moving...if the world is still in existence by then.

It's no longer news that artificial intelligence has manipulated and taken over everything. The things we used to run helter skelter for are now easily achieved by a mere walk into the computer world. This new phase of technology has kept surprising me with its 'omniscience' attribute. Kudos to the brain behind the movement.

If, by any chance, Artificial intelligence is to completely take over the labour that humans were usually hired to do, would I have a chance of survival?

First of all, I'm not currently employed by any organisation. The only thing I'm doing currently that I feel is kind of employment is writing on the Hive blockchain to get stipends, and I'm not sure that AI would one day take over the work of humans here. It's totally impossible because we frown at AI-generated content here.

Also, I don't have a highly rated skill for now, so if this assumption occurs, I'll definitely be thrown off.
But on second thought, I think the business I'm doing is something that could stand me, even though AI has been trying to arrest it completely but has yet to succeed.
I'm into laundry, and this work demands physical labour even though machines are now handling most of the labour. No matter how it appears, it still needs a physical hand to control or arrange the fabrics.

Although I didn't do any good research to see if there's a way they're doing it already that makes laundry no longer involve a control process by a human, I doubt if it's possible.

Hilarious but true

Assuming the situation finally happens and I'm pushed out of work, I would go into religious business.

I know it sounds weird, but that's the target.
Haven't you heard of the clergy that make up to $1,000 a day while praying on YouTube? What about church owners who are making it big? Massive cashout!

I know it'll take a lot of time and sacrifices to arrive at the position of these people, but I'll start small with good packaging.
If I can make 100 thousand naira weekly for a start, it's not a bad business.

This is one blossoming business in my country that, even in years to come, AI will not be close to taking over. The people who saw this opportunity earlier are the ones making good fortune from it now, and many are seriously trooping in even without a slight knowledge of 'calling'.

Is this actually a skill?
Although it's a spiritual business, but for now, it's more about skills.
So yeah, it's a skill that's making way for people, as long as you can explain the Bible with a touch of prayer and answer, you're good to go.
It's one skill that's never going to fade away until the world ends.

Thank you for reading.
