In my last ten years of Nursing I see more and more silver based products coming into the Health Industry. Silver nitrate solution 2% was a first for cleaning and treating post surgical wounds that have been stubborn or antibiotic resistant infections. I've seen some dozy wounds treated by this solution. I can see Silver used everywhere in a Health care setting.
