Louis Pasteur's method of killing putrefactive bacteria by heating to a certain temperature to prevent the spread of harmful bacteria is called pantherization. This is one of the contributions of science. Which led Louis Pasteur to a unique branch in science. First, using this method, French wine merchants and those who were merchants of the silk industry made many improvements. In this case they are saved from many harmful aspects.

Wine is made by fermentation of grape sugars by yeasts. This is the first way of making wine, but within a few days of bottling, the wine goes into the wine or the wine tastes too sour, so the wine spoils, which worries the wine merchants in France. Louis Pasteur later informed them that the wine must be heated to 60 degrees Celsius before bottling. Because wine contains bacteria and the wine does not turn sour, merchants like this were spared a great deal of harm, the industry of brewers was saved and a new scientific theory established called punturization. Around 1857, France's silk industry suffered a crisis and Louis Pasteur discovered a way out of this crisis. He solved this problem very efficiently. Originally Louis Pasteur was the director of the institution and continued until his death. He built the company with his own hands. Due to which the company currently has many names. At present the institute has many research centers and about three thousand employees. About 500 scientists work there doing various researches.
