Time, Black Vault Weaponry, Some Notes & Dash of Cipher
Disclosure: What’s really going to blow your mind, is that none of this is fiction.
It is that I often have heard both Astronomers & Physicists discuss the various intricacies of time, and to that extent, obviously, they know a considerable amount more than I do, the one thing that I never hear them discuss is size, as it relates to time.
For the better part of, I would say in a serious capacity, hard for me to pinpoint from memory, but I would say I would have been about twenty three, give or take, and most likely somewhat inspired, train of thought wise by Stephen King’s Darktower series, I very deeply contemplated the notion of size.
I had not yet, studied astronomy at that point, those days would come, where working in logistics, I would consume 8 hours of Astronomy news a day, but that had not occurred yet.
Now, I have consumed, countless, hours of Astronomy news, which is rather astounding for a man who never actually does any practical astronomy, I actually recently did a “scaffold” sketch, of something I will be constructing in the not to near distant future to address that issue but at the moment there are financial constraints, however I digress.
At time of writing, I have just woken up after a brief rest, had a meal and bottle of white wine, so, time to snooze (as you do) and given the time of day, in my lovely peaceful quiet town, was a perfect time to listen to Astronomy cast episode 744, discussions of time, which has prompted me to write about this today, again, several weeks ago (I think, could have been more, would have been somewhere in January) I remember, just flippantly catching up on the news via my transistor radio that I acquired in December? (I think – I apologize November through February is very fuzzy) some Physicists discussing on an ABC News piece the issues and confusions they have when things are analysed at a quantum level, which I understand perfectly well, and by which I say understand particularly well, I mean understand the confusion particularly well from my time listening to Paul Matt Sutter.

Size
No one – ever – seems to contemplate size, when factoring in these equations, and I know it seems very simple, but as far as I can conclude, it must be, fundamentally essential to the understanding of not only how we calculate simple things like clocks, but also how we understand a great multitude of other things.
Let’s address clocks, just on base value, as, a measurement of time, so we can co-ordinate.
Is, a Type 2 civilization, going to have different nuanced timezones, or larger timezones? The latter, contemplate the notion of UTZ time, so, its very simple, your notional clock calculations are made, by taking your largest point of reference for time, you set a basis on that, calculate its motions, create your unit of measurement from that, at which point, you then cross correlate it back, down, through the time scales, to, whatever local position it is at, adjusted, by, the micro nuances of gravity, orbital mechanics, planetary shift, whatever it happens to be.
In the future, when you get to that point, probably starting at around type 1.5 up through Type 2, There is no, Venus time with its floating “cloud like cities” earth time, mars time with its towering domes and deep underground facilities and its burnt out districts from the inevitable separatist movement from exo-planetary political instability, nor is there Pluto time in its vast military space station infrastructure (think Babylon 5) and its planetary infrastructure and underwater “submarines” no – there is just time.
To co-ordinate such a universal measurement of “time” and again, we are not discussing, the notion of time, or what is time or any sort of philosophical nonsense, just the very practicality, of how you keep time consistent enough, both for your maths, but also your co-ordination, you pick a large point, and use that, as your point of reference, for example, at the centre of the galaxy we have the black hole, as do most galaxies, so, as that is relative in notion to, everything else’s relative position, you could, in principle, use that as the Centrepoint for your clock, you don’t have to, but you could, again though, one would eventually need to re-calibrate that when we absorb Andromeda and adjust for those spatial gravitational effects, but more or less you get the point.
But, to size and the quantum, again, the confusion, comes from a lack of understanding of relative perspective, is the quantum small? No, we are just very big, but are we very big? Well, no, not compared to a planet, and a planet is small compared to a sun, and a sun is small compared to other suns, (Also has Betelgeuse exploded yet? God that’s going to be a light show, looking forward to that) and so on and so forth up the “size scale” and down the size scale – why is size? Fundamentally, why? (I don’t know) but what I can see, very often, is that we talk about orders of magnitude up and down, then seem to always disregard relative perspective in our equations, I cant help but feel, we are fundamentally missing something there, that I just cant put my finger on, I know, myself (speaking as a plutonian) it is critically linked, and vital to understanding many areas of the quantum, I also speculate, it probably has something to do with how perhaps, quantum entanglement works, but, beyond that I have not at this point in time had any revelation or insight further.
Now speaking of “Time” let me leave you with something fun, that most of you, have never, considered, generally speaking, this is in a section of my notes that I call the “Black Vault” stuff, which is, things that are so particularly dangerous, I don’t ever even talk about them because, to be blunt, some of the ideas are very dangerous, but this one, is so particularly complex, no one of earth, at all, period, anywhere, would be able to do anything with it for thousands of years so it doesn’t really matter anyway, and, it is quite a fun concept, I came up with this one while I was on my last voyage, it was after I had fell down the stairs and the whole “Protocol Procyon” thing happened, but I don’t recall if it was after, or before, more drinks got cut off, don’t really remember, I was doing, a lot, of experiments on the ship, I think this was before I invented the AI antivirus or maybe it was after I don’t really remember, but as I was recovering from that injury (which fucking hurt I might add, don’t run down ship stairs while they are wet people) yeah, I really pity my neighbours in hindsight, that must have been so bizarre being next door.
Anyway, this one is from the black vault of my tech, recorded from the sea on my last Voyage, I don’t specifically remember when, but anyway, this is the kind of shit us “Plutonians” come up with 😊 enjoy, hey, it’s the front line of the Solar System, you got to have good weapons out there let me tell you, otherwise y’all would be fucked if and when someone eventually decides to attack us,
(Gosh scrolling through this is so hard to pin point this – tried to find it and it zipped back to 2016 on me, one moment, wait one, actually did I already broadcast this? Let me check – no I didn’t, didn’t think I would have, I rarely release black vault stuff, if ever, yeah I actually fixed cryogenics like last week, or week after, its just DNA tweaking, you just adapt the stuff from DNA sequences that can survive freezing and unfreezing, tweak code line, then untweak DNA code line, anyway, that’s boring compared to this, if I can find it)

Oh that’s right, this one is so black vault I didn’t even record it, no I verbalize it, that’s right, now I remember (as I write this) I was laying on the bed, resting my leg, and staring at the roof talking, because I assumed it was bugged because of an email I had sent prior to getting underway, that’s right.
Yeah – that’s why it’s not recorded, that’s why nothing is recorded from that voyage actually, no photos, no videos, no audio recordings, ran the whole thing on dark mode, was not expecting half of what happened to happen though, in the future, I will travel alone and meet people along the way, and part ways with them at the end, but I’m not bringing anyone else with me, that seems to have caused a multitude of problems, aside from everything that happened, my biggest disappointment is that I can never return to that ship again, and I still don’t understand the mystery of the ships architect, guess I will never know.
Written 18/05/2025 at 4:39am remembering undocumented weapons discovery / invention from Sometime in November 2024 – “Somewhere on the ocean “Using Gamma Ray Bursts as Weapons, hmm, I suppose that would kind of be a Death Star yeah? I mean how hard can It be, you just calculate which way the burst is going to go, and then just change the direction the sun is pointing accordingly, just find a star you’re not using in an un-inhabitable zone, and voila, weaponized gamma ray burst”
As I said, quite dangerous in the wrong hands, but legit, no ones going to be able to do that until like, what, type 3? – I don’t know, honestly, I love the Kardashev scale but I think anything after Type 2 is really where it breaks down and gets hard to predict, at that point you end up like a futurist from the 1900’s thinking about the future, Type 1 we can predict, Type 2 I think we can reasonably track, all be it I’m sure there will be a few unknowns, I think beyond that there are to many derivations of probability to be able to assert anything with reasonable confidence.

And realistically, given the depth of the interaction, if you look at definitions and composition and ask yourself to identify the planet Earth. It has its original core, but the remainder is something else, the position in space and time is the same but the object is entirely changed, depending upon how you look at it, Chemistry, X + Y = Z, which part is X and which part is Y. fast forward, to I would say? Hmm, I was on the AMD A6 and I was recovering from the whole “Protect royal artifacts thing” running around Sydney with HMAS Vampire stuff, and anyway, I was contemplating various things, and I believe I posted this briefly on Facebook when I was kicking it there when my X account got temporarily disabled because of the whole “Russia Incident” but I will post it again here, the decoder for this drawing that I did is page 68, 69 and 70 of Shadows on the Sea by Neil Arnold, but you have to bend the page, in the correct place on page 69 which will then also crease to 70 and then you follow along, the lines of the creases, to decode the words, you then, have to understand the basics of hermetic numerology and have a basic understanding of general occult symbolism, and then you can begin to decode it, but, I specifically layered It this way, incidentally, one thing I do still have from the ship, is the blueprint I drew on the top deck, that night my ex-girlfriend thought I was off “flirting with girls” when in fact, I was at forward starboard outside bar area, sitting on my own, watching the Joe Rogan episode with Michio Kaku and drawing blueprints for a clean solar ship after departing from Wellington, if only I got a lap dance ay, haha, that would have been at least one fun thing that happened on that voyage, gosh it was hell, hell on earth, absolute hell on earth from start to finish you have no idea, but, diamonds are made under pressure I suppose.
FYI these are not the blueprints, I am not broadcasting those blueprints, to my knowledge there is only one copy, I did specifically leave it on the desk for carnival to steal, in the event someone did something to me (which they eventually did) but I am assuming housekeeping didn’t get the memo, fun fact America, when I did evasive manoeuvres after I got back to port, and eventually found my way to Sax (dam those waitresses were hot, even had VIP service for luggage can you believe it?) later when I come back, whole bunch of German bankers and financers sat down next to me, big big money discussions I overheard, didn’t pay too much mind, I was just sitting reading the Principia minding my own business, and Essex ahhhh such a good Pub, that was a good night.
