Reflections and Resolutions: My Journey Through 2024 and Hopes for 2025.

First of all, today happens to be the last day in 2024 and I am deeply grateful for making it up till this day.

Now,talking about my goals. I had alot of goals I set down for myself at the beginning of this year . They were some I was able to achieve and some I wasn't able to achieve for one reason or the other.

My first goal had to do with my school. I literally just wanted to be in a place where i would be able to pay some of my school bills at times by myself even without any assistance from my parents. I mean I am currently 21 years of age and I feel like me trying to sort some things out all by myself would make me become more responsible and prepare me better for the future . Although, at the beginning of the year, it wasn’t looking as if i was anywhere close to achieving this goal, but then later on after I decided to join the blockchain, it was so much possible and infact, I can confidently beat my chest and say things are better and i can feed and even get some things all by myself without much assistance from anybody.

One my goal since last year was to become very good at web programming and development, and I must say it wasn't achieved in anyway. I was once learning web programming on udemy and sometimes watch videos on YouTube. But then, along the line, I guess i just lose the zeal to continue. I was just to lazy and as soon as I got to the part where i had to start learning javascript i felt it was just too hard for me. To worsen things, my laptop got damaged and that made learning it and becoming very good at it more impossible. We were basically about three that were in the learning process at that particular time, and now they have all gotten jobs. Whereas,I am lacking behind. I just know it's never too late. So getting a new laptop and just starting learning all over again is something I am definitely looking forward to in the next year.

In the beginning of the year, I also had a goal to save up alot of money and that wasn't achieved as well . Finacial management is something I am definitely trying to work about. At times, I spend money on uncessary things that I can't even account for. I actually did get alot of money this year that was enough to save alot of money but then I have just been able to save few. I would say my love for junks as also been a barrier to these. I love eating junk food so much that I sometimes spend too much money on purchasing them.

So yeah, 2024 has come with his own fair share of problems and challenges. Even though I wasn't able to achieve a high amount of the goals i set for myself, I am definitely still hopeful and looking forward to achieving them the next year.
