I tried the fruitarian diet for maybe two weeks or a month, but I was also having flax seeds and chia seeds, and it got rather boring and unsustainable! Other than that, I noticed that I had to pee very often, maybe cos I was having the fruits in a smoothie with lots of water, but also maybe some kind of pre-diabetes was setting in? At least that's what I imagine, with all that fruit sugar 🤷‍♂️
