Unexplained strange radio pulses inside the ice in Antarctica

There is an experiment floating 40 km above Antarctica, whose goal is to capture whispers of the cosmos, coming from billions of light years away, but instead of listening to the universe out there, it heard something coming from the ground here on Earth.

Strange, impossible radio signals that defy everything we understand about particle physics, I'm not talking about aliens yet, but the kind of mystery that leaves even scientists baffled, and most disturbingly, no explanation makes sense so far.

The NASA project called Anita is a kind of scientific spy balloon that carries 24 ultrasensitive antennas designed to capture the very rare radio waves that are generated when neutrinos, almost invisible particles, collide with the ice of Antarctica, these neutrinos are like cosmic ghosts traveling through planets, stars and even our bodies without leaving a trace.

And when one of them finally collides with something dense like ice, it can generate an electromagnetic explosion detectable like a spark in complete darkness, but what Anita captured was completely different, as if something was transmitting it through thousands of kilometers of solid rock, and that, according to current models of physics, simply should not be possible.

Classical physics tells us that those waves should have been completely absorbed by the Earth's crust. The fact that they arrived intact at the Anita balloon suggests two scenarios, either there is a new type of particle still unknown or we are facing a phenomenon that will require rewriting the laws of particle physics, even neutrinos, the most likely suspects, have been practically ruled out.

These signals do not coincide with any known pattern of its behavior, this type of discovery changes everything, it reveals that there are still forces acting under our feet that we are only beginning to understand that the planet holds deep enigmas not only on its surface, but in its own foundations.

For physicists it is like finding a page torn from the manual of nature, and now it is necessary to understand what was written there.
