True Inclusion

This is a nice note that we are missing in these times, thinking a blind astronomer seems somewhat contradictory, but no; remember what Stephen Hawking said “in our Minds We are free.”

Dr Nic Bonne is a blind astronomer from the Institute of Cosmology and Gravitation at the University of Portsmouth in the United Kingdom, but he is also a brilliant mind and has had a great idea and a beautiful idea, he calls it the tactile universe, it is about some cards that allow people with visual disabilities to understand phenomena of the Cosmos such as, for example, gravitational waves and so that they can become interested in themes of the universe.

It is like braille writing, but in forms, now this initiative has been awarded and will be able to have funding to develop more teaching materials.
