Unfortunately, replacing a space satellite takes time and I think that the fastest they can do it is in 3 months, a specific satellite for a specific service and launch it into space, with this ship what they want is to have several spare satellites inside it and already in space, so if a satellite is knocked out by the enemy, this ship would simply open its doors and send the corresponding satellite into space to replace the satellite that fell in the act of service.

What I don't understand about this story is if the enemy knocks out this ship, how do they solve it? It will have to be a coated or strengthened ship or in some way armored to prevent it from being knocked out by an enemy ship, but at the moment it is the plan and they already have a contract to build it, it would be the first space ship.

I believe that this will not be the final design, personally I think that it will have some defense system to prevent other ships from approaching, perhaps with a laser or some special defense or shielding system, in the press release they said that one of the possibilities or weapons to knock out satellites would be by means of a laser on the ground, that is, the enemy would launch a laser and knock out the specific satellite that he wants to knock out, that he wants to knock out, if it is necessary to have to shoot it down, he could take it out of orbit or he could simply cancel its operating system.

So this ship should also have some system or shielding that would prevent that from happening.
