In addition to the Chandrayaan 3 lunar mission, India has another space mission underway, ADITYA-L1, which took off on September 2 to the Lagrange point L1, one and a half million kilometers from Earth.
This point is one of the stable places in the Earth's orbit, ideal for placing a ship for a long time. There are 5 lagrangian points and each one has its own advantages. For example, the James Webb space telescope is at the lagrangian point L2. L1 is perfect for studying the sun, since a ship located there will never suffer a solar eclipse due to the Earth or the moon crossing it, the European space agency's solar and heliospheric observatory has been working at that point for a long time and from NASA and this Indian observatory will soon arrive there.
