Capture a new state of matter
Capture a new state of matter

Researchers at the University of California, Irvine have just captured for the first time a state of matter that has never been measured before, a discovery that may pave the way for super-rugged electronics ideal for interplanetary missions and even self-recharging computers.

This opens the door to safer quantum technologies, with lower energy consumption, less noise and greater durability, the perfect solution for extreme environments such as the surface of Mars or the orbit of Jupiter, the discovery is especially relevant now that the space race intensifies.

Hmmm! a new state of matter?! this discovery is kind of interesting.
Back then, while I wasl in primary school, I was taught that matter is anything that has weight and occupy space. Then, I truly thought matter is visible and can be touched.
Here I have learnt otherwise. And my childhood assumptions cleared as well.
Thanks for sharing, this is really fun to read.
My best regards 😊
I'm glad you liked it, science is like that, it corrects itself and evolves.

Exactly. Science is the answer to all our past and present questions, in fact, it's the answer to future questions.
