NEED FOR GLOBAL B,Sc and M,Sc.

My thoughts have wrangled through this idea of Global B,Sc and M,Sc. Since science is universal why is our degree NOT having equal weight, especially the degrees from Africa most times is far underated when traced down to sub-sahara Africa. Most Africans are willing to make innovations and creat a strong niche in science.
African political systems have set the endeavors of her subjects backwards and we expect the global society to assist and not let science appear only white, there is black in science too that can better the society. We need to start having global equivalent certificates and make it affordable if NOT free. Most African states can't afford the fees for global exams like GRE,GMAT SAT and others.
I won't also neglect the internal problems in our educational system. Starting from the government to the professors. Most of this group above lack integrity and it is fair fetched to get a hopeful society where integrity is of much short fall.

My thoughts
I think each country in Africa, especially Western part of Africa should think of having educational reformed that will be devoid of entrusting her citizens (students) destiny into the sole hand of University teachers whom most times lack interity. I don't see reasons why B,Sc and M,Sc can't be awarded just like WAEC or NECO where the secondary school teachers who involve in grading are under close monitor.
This basic problem has brought below average the strenght of science and innovations in Africa.
