In which section of the Discord chat are the three people being supported announced?
And why does the contest say everyone can participate, but on Discord it requires Arcane Level 6 to enter? Or are they talking about different contests?

It doesn't require arcane level 6 to submit your post. However, it requires verification which includes everything stated in my discord channel in #rules.
