DAEWOO Washing Machine, model DA:9WM3 // Unboxing (English/Spanish)

A loving greeting to all my Hive friends, especially to the technology lovers. It gives me great pleasure to be together with you in this great and interesting community Geek Zone sharing another Unboxing. This time it is a beautiful washing machine DAEWOO model DA:9WM3, automatic, 9 kilos.

This has been one of the greatest purchases I have been able to make, I had a long time without a washing machine. I had been hiring rental washing machines, apart from the fact that these are not automatic so they require a lot of physical effort, I think one of the worst things about it is washing with measured time. I think this is one of the most time consuming household activities, so I was dreaming of an automatic washing machine that would do away with that problem.

I went together with my dear @aly.squid to DAKA stores, we were carrying $300 but our budget allocated for the washing machine was $200, as we had seen some offers at that price. The offers were for semi-automatic double tub washers, the ones we had been using in the rental, that made us sad but we were resigned.

When we arrived at the store we were surprised to find that the $200 offer was sold out. Instead there were washing machines between $230 and $250. All were double tub semi-automatics between 11 and 13 kilos. But @aly.squid got something better in her search. A small but beautiful DAEWOO 9 kilo, automatic washer in only $239.

It took us a few minutes to decide whether the best decision was the 13 kg semi-automatic or the 9 kg automatic. Considering that four more kilos was also tempting, but we realized that we had in front of us what we had always wanted, and it was only a little over budget, we could afford it. We were thrilled to make the purchase, and took it home.

Inside it came with the respective manual and three hoses. One for hot water, one for cold water and the last one for the drain.

The control panel has 6 buttons and a digital display where the cycles can be programmed and monitored.

Overall we have been very happy with this washer. Even though the loads are light, washing is completely comfortable and only requires minimal effort, we don't even get our hands wet to wash, the washer does all the work.

The cycles are a bit long, between 55 or 65 minutes each, but the clothes are really clean and wonderful. I have always thought that automatic washing machines are the best option, now I am more than convinced that even one of a few kilos is much better than a semi-automatic one. Of course this depends a lot on the needs of each person, but for me this has been a wonderful acquisition.

Un saludo amoroso para todos mis amigos de Hive, especialmente para los amantes de la tecnología. Me da mucho gusto estar junto a ustedes en esta grandiosa e interesante comunidad Geek Zone compartiendo otro Unboxing. Esta vez se trata de una hermosa lavadora DAEWOO modelo DA:9WM3, automática, de 9 kilos.

Esta ha sido una de las compras más grandiosas que he podido hacer, tenía mucho tiempo sin una lavadora. Había estado contratando lavadoras de alquiler, aparte de que estas no son automáticas por lo que requieren de un gran esfuerzo físico, creo que una de las peores cosas de esto es lavar con el tiempo medido. Creo que esta es una de las actividades domésticas que más tiempo toma, así que soñaba con una lavadora automática que acabara con ese problema.

Fui junto a mi querida @aly.squid a tiendas DAKA, llevábamos 300$ pero nuestro presupuesto destinado para la lavadora era de 200$, ya que habíamos visto algunas ofertas en ese precio. Las ofertas eran de lavadoras doble tina semiautomáticas, las que habíamos estado utilizando en el alquiler, eso nos puso tristes pero íbamos resignadas.

Al llegar a la tienda nos encontramos con la sorpresa de que la oferta de 200$ se había agotado. En cambio había lavadoras entre 230$ y 250$. Todas eran doble tina semiautomáticas ente 11 y 13 kilos. Pero @aly.squid consiguió algo mejor en su búsqueda. Una pequeña pero hermosa lavadora DAEWOO de 9 kilos, automática en tan solo 239$.

Nos tomó unos minutos decidir si la mejor decisión era la semiautomáticas de 13 kilos o la automática de 9. Considerando que cuatro kilos más también era tentador, pero nos dimos cuenta de que teníamos enfrente lo que siempre habíamos querido, y tan solo sobrepasaba un poco el presupuesto, perfectamente podíamos pagarlo. Hicimos la compra encantadas de la vida, y la llevamos a casa.

Por dentro traía el respectivo manual y tres mangueras. Una para el agua caliente otra para el agua fría y la última para el desagüe.

El panel de control trae 6 botones y una pantalla digital donde se pueden programar y monitorear los ciclos.

En general hemos estado muy felices con esta lavadora. A pesar de que las cargas son de poca ropa, lavar es completamente cómodo y solo requiere de un mínimo esfuerzo, ni siquiera nos mojamos las manos para lavar, la lavadora hace todo el trabajo.

Los ciclos son un poco largos, entre 55 u 65 minutos cada uno, pero la ropa queda realmente limpia y una maravilla. Siempre he pensado que las lavadoras automáticas son la mejor opción, ahora estoy más que convencida que incluso una de pocos kilos es muy mejor que una semiautomática. Por supuesto esto depende mucho de las necesidades de cada persona, pero para mí ha sido maravillosa esta adquisición.
