Hello there. I know I'm not the biggest hive content creator, counting 9 followers of which I'm thankful to this day, but I still have to report myself. If you ask yourself where I have been these three days, I am not dead, I have just been busy.

Since my college project's deadline was yesterday, I knew I had to step It up, so I decided to focus solely on that for the days leading. As I was asked to make A PIC ICSP Programmer with Arduino, I figured It would be easy since there's enough documentation on the internet.

However, I didn't consider the fact that the task asked explicitly to create a functional prototype with Circuit Simulation Software. For those of you who are not familiar with circuit simulators like Proteus and how they handle microcontroller projects, these virtual devices only work when we insert HEX Files directly from an IDE program such as Arduino IDE or MPLAB, but It doesn't work similarly to the way a real-life circuit would.

In this case, the main limitation was loading a hex file from an Arduino to the PIC, since we have to set the PIC Microcontroller at High Voltage Programming, then use the PGD and PGC lines to transfer the program. The problem is this didn't work in Proteus, so I had to get creative.

However, this didn't end there. Tune up for the second part!

Thank you for your support and good luck!
