God seeking a job (translated from this post in German language):

As every halfway educated inhabitant of the Milky Way should know, God was an unemployed universe builder who created our universe in order to apply for a job, whereby the following dialogue, which is not without tragedy, was handed down:

Recruiter: ‘Mr. God, please come in!’

God: "Here, this is my universe."

Recruiter: "Just let me see!"

God: "Yes, just look how much effort I've put in it!"

Recruiter: "Yes, very nice ... But ... What is that? That small, dirty planet over there?"

God: "That's the earth."

Recruiter: "Do I see humans there? How could this have happened?"

God: "It's a minor oversight - but this solar system is completely isolated, right on the edge of a galaxy."

Recruiter: "A minor oversight? Every instruction manual for inexperienced universe builders points out that in order to comply with basic safety guidelines, humans must never ever be created under any circumstances, and you ..."

God: "I'm really very, very sorry about that ..."

Recruiter: "Yes, me too ... Next one please!"
