Students of statistics may suffer for AI technology

Technological development in this digital world trying to make our lives easier and more comfortable. Modern technology is so developed that most of them are very helpful and can perform better than humans with accuracy, and that's the reason in many cases human work is getting replaced by updated technology.

Many people are in fear, thinking that in the future all of the human work will be fully replaced by updated technology, and humans will have nothing to do in that time. I don't know why such thoughts came to the minds of people because I feel there is some work that cannot be replaced no matter how developed the technology will be. Technology has the limitation of doing creative things, and so naturally humans will have the chance all the time. I don't think technology is a threat for humans. If it's replacing humans from various kinds of work, then it's creating many other opportunities for humans to work. Something happened in the past, it's happening now, and the same thing will repeat in the future. I think many people try to resist new things, and that's the real problem.

Department of Statistics, a popular department in most of the universities. Those people who graduated from those departments can find a job easily because statistics is such a thing that is related to every sector. At the beginning of my university days, I was admitted to the statistics department, and I was happy with it. I learned a little bit about that dependent. After discussing some matters, I realized that most of people fear the statistics department because most of the courses are very hard for them (seniors). I didn't fear about it as a mathematical and statistical thing was interesting to me. And I never feared facing difficulties at any time in my academic life. But one thing was sure that it was a difficult one. Later I transferred to a different department, which was unwanted. Maybe it was my fate.

That's the latest news in this digital world. In the last two/three years, people have frequently been talking about AI technology and its revolutionary technology, in my opinion. The technology was known to us earlier, but in the last 2/3 years, people have been impressed by the development of AI, and it's such a technology that is related to every sector. AI is a wide sector, but today I am only going to discuss about AI that is only related to statistics.

Statistics is very important in various aspects, and I think everyone knows about it quite well. Most of the work related to statistics requires the past and present data, and based on that data, various kinds of analysis can be made for the future. That's the reason statistical data is very important, and it's impossible to overlook. Till the present time, humans were doing all those tasks, but now AI technology is so capable that it can automatically analyze historical data and present data. Those data can be analyzed automatically with the help of AI technology. The process happens so fast that it's much faster and better than humans, and the accuracy is 100%. In many places, people already started to use AI technology for those cases. We can see examples of it in the Hive platform also. I am sure that you noticed some AI-generated posts for representing the statistical data and results. It's just an example.

So, I am quite sure in the future those students who will be graduated from the statistics department will suffer a lot because their tasks will be done automatically through the help of AI technology. So, I think those people should not waste their precious time gaining knowledge from there, as it's tough to gain knowledge related to the department.
