Social Media, A world with fake people

In the present world, the development of technology is very impressive, especially in the last 2-3 decades. Most of the technology is for making our life easier and comfortable otherwise for our recreation. The invention of social media is one of them and some common social media are Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc etc. even Hive is also a social media but it belongs to the web 3.0 platform.

I believe that in this current world finding a person who doesn't exist on social media is very rare. In fact, people are using social media so rapidly that most of us are addicted and we can't think about our life without social media. I can't ignore the importance of social media as it plays a very important role in our life, business, and for other purposes but at this time it's a matter of concern that is everything legit or true whatever we see in social media?

Because of the help of social media, we can connect with various kinds of people from different countries and different cultures. We can communicate with them easily on social media. The first thing we do is to go to their profile and check it to know better about the specific person. Unfortunately, there are no options to understand all the information given in the profile is the right information. So it's impossible to understand that those people with whom we are communicating are the people we can see in the profile.

If we meet a person offline then we can understand or guess a little bit about the person after talking but in the case of social media, there are no options. A social media account is controlled by a person and a person can choose that thing whatever s/he wants to show in profile media. And a person will never share something bad about himself on social media and it's natural but in real life, we can feel the difference for various kinds of actions of a human.

In the case of real humans, they also present many fake things in their profiles. The first thing is the uploaded pictures. People mostly share those pictures on social media after using filters or after editing. People are trying to make themselves look better on social media to create a good impression (maybe) but for that reason, they are not sharing their natural pictures. I want to mark them as fake people also because they also deceive others in case of their appearances on social media as their uploaded pictures are far from their natural pictures.

Believe it or not, social media turned into a fake world in the current time where one person can steal the identity of another person also. Spreading fake news, playing with the emotions of users, doing scamming with the help of social media are very popular in recent days.

Most of the people in social media want to get the attention of others and to get the attention they try different different strategies and because of that, they don't hesitate to share false information about themselves and try to show fake and cheap fame on social media.

You might be thinking why I am saying all the negative sides of social media instead of there exist real person and showing the reality of them in their profit. Obviously, there exist many real people but they are very few compared to fake people. We need to find them by following some strategies and observation of some days but still, there is no 100% surety of being a real person unless meet them face to face. So finding the real person is kind of a difficult thing but not impossible and we need time to find them and understand their reality.
