I know the importance of sleep and I used to maintain my sleeping time but when I have exam to face, my sleeping time reduce a lot. I know It's not good for me but I can't help myself in such a situation. As an example I slept only 4 hours last night.
Your post is a reminder for me and I will try to keep it in mind. I will try my best to maintain my sleeping time and stay healthy .
