Screen Time Sabotage: How Smartphones Are Derailing Our Kids Futures

there's certain things that needs to be taken more seriously like kids nowadays are way too involved with the mobile phones, PC and tablet and browsing all day long on the internet

Parents aren't even bothered by the fact that their kids are on the internet with their own social accounts and aren't just playing games but involved with the latest ongoing trends

Let's talk about the downside of this entire thing first starting from my own family

The Younger Brother and His Smartphone Addiction Lately

As an eldest brother I know what things are good for the younger one and it's been my approach to keep them save from those things that have effected me badly or have impacted my growth in life so far

Like back then when I was in their age mobile addiction had me failed in a subject which never happened in my life before and that too happened because I was so involved with the mobile I forgot to attend my last subject exam, completely forgot about it cause of the mobile and failed in final resulting in loss of grade.

So now when I'm working I can't pay much attention to all these things going on at home

Mom works too, so do I and only one that stays at home is younger brother and he have to go school at like 11am since it's evening shift

So that time we're all at work and nowadays he's not going school regularly cause he just wants to spend entire day on screen watching YouTube or on laptop

And just about yesterday I had to change password of internet, laptop and everything to keep him away from it

basically he won't get anywhere near it again

And it's because of his grade like lil brother is a genius especially with numbers and all

So I want him to focus on study but his interest in game and internet is kind of reminding what happened to me back then

Won't let him do those mistakes and it's difficult to make him understand but since mom is on my side i know how to bring him back on track

And it's almost same with every other kid in any other house

Nowadays kids needs to be restricted until a certain age

Go watch any other kid in any family and they'll be involved with the smartphones like it's normal

But that's need some serious attention like there should be restriction like no one can use mobile unless they're over 18

It does effect kids grade, career since mobiles are distraction

No kid spends hours of everyday learning some skill or watching educational content

It only gets more and more ugly as their attention span is draining with every 5 seconds reel they watch on the internet

Focusing on studies become nearly impossible and it just gonna take us back to stone age with stupid and lazy mind laying around bed rotting all day if this thing continues like this for another 10 years

I never thought I'd say this but I've to admit parents were always right about the phones, it's the damn problem and it's the only thing that is keeping many people where they're in life

You'll have to use it wisely and limit yourself and your little one's at home otherwise it'll only have those drawbacks.
