The Power of Everyday Observation and Curiosity in Leading to Discovery

Sometimes what we casually do can be a discovery that can possibly change the world. This point of view is inspired by the story my college teacher shared:

"Sir Isaac Newton discovered the law of gravity from a fallen apple; in his study, he saw that any object he throws up always comes down. Finally, this led to the deep research that led him to initiate an equation to determine the gravity of a body and the laws of gravity."
It sounds strange, right? Yay! That's how I felt. This means there are more things that are yet to be discovered if you deliberately observe what happens around us like Sir Isaac Newton.

Today, we appreciate his discovery because his knowledge is what we use in inventing many machines; more so, the airplane was invented to make life easier through the knowledge of the law of gravity. How? Remember the law of gravity says: "What goes up certainly comes down," so, some set of people initiated the possible way to invent a device that can oppose gravity.

Conclusion:

In reflecting on Newton's apple and its implications, we are reminded that the world is full of wonders waiting to be discovered. By approaching the world with open eyes and a curious mind, we too can uncover the hidden truths that shape our reality and pave the way for a brighter future. I AM AN INVENTOR, YOU TOO!
