The content and benefits of this ear mushroom are: it contains vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B3, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin B9 or folic acid and vitamin C. Therefore, consuming this type of mushroom is highly recommended by health experts, besides having good taste. delicious taste,
Then I found also white brain jelly mushroom (Tremella fuciformis), we can also consume this mushroom,
