Trying AI Generated art for the first time

Hi Hive!

Lately it seems like everybody is talking about artificial intelligence generated art.

Artificial intelligence is rapidly becoming a part of various aspects of our everyday life, including art.
AI generated art is a relatively new form of art that involves using text and/or visual prompts to create amazing, intricate and sometimes downright weird art.

As an art enthusiast, the concept intrigued me very much, so I decided to download a few apps and give it a go.

After a few false starts, I discovered that AI art was much more than just generating random images. A lot of thought, planning and reworking goes into each and every piece of art before it is finally ready to show off.

None of these are masterpieces, but creating them was great fun and I look forward to leaning more about this technology and how to create works that are both meaningful and beautiful!

Original Prompt - Undead mermaid with tattoos and blue hair in underwater graveyard
App - Starryai

Original Prompt - Ibanez Guitar, surrealistic, alien landscape with dragons in the sky, Salvador Dali style
App - Starryai

Original Prompt - Hydrogen in the shape of a guitar with a dragon wrapped around it, floating in space
App - Photoleap

Dragon that personifies the element Hydrogen, blue space gas clouds background
App - Starryai

Obviously these are pretty far from the original prompts, but I like them and feel pretty happy with how they worked out. Looking forward to doing the next batch. Maybe with a stronger and more well thought out theme next time.

Thanks for reading!
