Differences between the Present and Past Eras

The present era is also familiar as the modern era. The present era is distinguished by fast technological development. Technology is one of the most noteworthy dissimilarities between the present era and the past era. In the present era, we have technology, and we can do anything effortlessly with the help of these technologies.

For instance, we have cell phones through which we can communicate with people all around the world, and we can get so much information from our cell phones. We can play games, read, watch movies, watch dramas, and do many other things.

We have computers in our modern era; we have televisions through which we can get information about the world; we have so many more technologies, but these are the most used and most common ones.

There is also economic change; the economy has undergone remarkable changes in this modern era. There is also environmental change, which includes deforestation, climate change, and pollution. These are very harmful to human life.

Because of extreme vehicle usage, we are suffering from climate change, which is also destroying the ozone layer. Due to overpopulation, people are cutting down trees, which is not good because trees release oxygen and absorb carbon dioxide. Pollution is also caused by overpopulation.

In the past, there was no technology, so people used to work hard. People in the past era had long lives because they used to work a lot and used to be happy all the time. Nowadays, people are lazy because of technology.

We have technology for everything; we have dishwashers for washing dishes, washing machines for washing clothes, and cars to travel from one place to another. People are getting lazy day by day, which is why they have a lot of diseases.

People from the past didn't have cell phones, so they had time to do their work instead of wasting their time on useless things. People used to read books, and they also had good eyesight and good hearing.

But nowadays, because of cell phones, everyone has eyesight and hearing issues because we use headphones a lot. But in the past, these things were not the problem. Now, even a child has these issues because we use phones a lot.

And in the past, there were no vehicles that could destroy the ozone layer and cause climate change or accidents. Nowadays, because of aeroplanes, cars, etc., we face a lot of accidents. Also, people used to take care of trees, and they used to live a simple and happy life.

In the past, people were loyal, and for them, relationships mattered. They used to give importance to relationships like friends and family. People used to be loyal and sincere with their partner; they used to love and care about their family, friends, and partner a lot, but nowadays these relationships are not as important as they were in the past.

The past and present eras both have their own advantages and disadvantages. The present era has technology, and people are getting lazy because of technology. In the past, there were no such things. But they had other problems, like lack of awareness.
