The truly sad thing is when people who have herpes knowingly infect others.
This is real, there are many who even knowing they have the infection expose other people and infect them. It is unfortunate.
That's actually a problem. It even tends to appear when a person has an infection, even if it is bacterial, and has a fever, too. It gives you a herpes outbreak most of the time.
