it happens a lot...I think the media sometimes create a big hype around. And I understand the researchers also sometimes since they need funds to continue the research and many times they don't get anything if they don't know how to sell the fish :P
There is a friend of mine in a whatsapp group that keep sharing every week some news that comes out from an university portal.It always look that the university is producing miracles every week lol
