Super useful info for people who pay for painkillers regularly. (My friend is in this situation, so I'll have him read this too!)
I have some reoccurring shoulder pain which popped up as of late, so with access to lavender and pine needles around I'm considering a combo of the two in one mixture.
Do you recommend combining? :)
