Good info. My biggest problem right now is poor nutrition and a sedentary lifestyle. I recently read https://betterme.world/articles/workplace-wellness-initiatives/ and it made me think that I should really start exercising, for example Pilates. I also noticed that when I started eating less healthy food, my body shape got worse. I understand that exercise and proper nutrition can positively affect all areas of my life, so it’s very important to pay special attention to this.
