My Web 3 Journey So Far.

Whenever I looked back to evalue some of the growth and self development I have made, it makes me to wonder sometimes "am I the one that did all this". Just like yesterday, I remember vividly how I started my journey in the web3 world. For me personally, if someone have told me that I will be super active in web3 around 4-5 years ago, I will have doubt it because then, I was super active in web2 like Facebook, Instagram and other web2 platforms that we know of.

When I look at my journey in web3, there are two major source that have helped me greatly to gain knowledge which is hive and telegram Airdrops. I will start from the telegram Airdrops before rounding up with how hive have greatly impact me in the knowledge of Web3. I began to understand another dimension of web3 when I started to participate in telegram Airdrops last year. As many of us know, telegram was popular last year due to the Airdrops.

First of all, it started with the urge that I should just make quick and fast money through the telegram Airdrops. But as time goes on, I begin to join a lot of telegram groups and even followed a lot of twitter accounts just to scale up my airdrop hustling. Well majority of them didn't give me money. I think the only few telegram Airdrops that gave me money was like Hamster, Dog, notcoins and catizen. The remaining ones didn't give me money but I gained something valuable apart from the money it didn't give and that is the knowledge about how web3 works actually.

Another major source of my knowledge concerning web3 is all thanks to hive. For me I will say hive have been a major source of me learning more about web3. When I first heard about hive, that idea of been able to make money from it actually blew my mind and it was something I was really optimistic about. Unlike the Airdrops, I have the opportunity to even interact socially with everyone in almost every part of the world. It was something that opened my eyes to something very productive and consistent.

With the hive platform, I have learnt about how Blockchain really works and generally how decentralisation also works. These two, I mean Blockchain and Decentralisation are two words I have constantly heard about but know little about them. But with hive, I have learnt about it. I have read a whole lot of articles that have opened my eyes to see how Blockchain and Decentralisation works. Not even only that, I have learnt about Nft, Dapps, DeFi much more than before. These are some of the things that I knew before but now it has gotten better much more than before.

Even though I have learnt a lot about web3. I must also add to it that the journey have not always been easy. There were actually times I got tired. There were times I believe in projects and I discovered that it was scam and was fraudulent. Even though I also have my moment of doubt, I can still vividly say that I am happy that I am part of the web3 journey and I also want to continually learn more and more about it because it will just continue to get better and better.
