It's my first time reading about the 20-20 rule and I think it's really okay to always take a break to protect our eyes from developing complications. We live in an age where a lot of things can be done on our smart devices and it causes us to spend more time on screen.
We need to be cautious and apply discipline to control the excessive time we spend on screen .

My doctor advised me to follow while working on Happy or mobile. I observed he was quite right in his approach....it works ...and a short break in between the work.is alwsys add benefit for the well being.
