Golden words. I just laugh at folks who say they have ulcers but can't do away with carbonated drinks. Like, don't worry, no one will tell you when it's time.

The reason many people can't heal their ulcers is that they can't do away with the triggers.
I avoided carbonated drinks, they aren't even healthy to begins with. I eat on time and stay away from anything fried. I didn't take milk because it triggers the ulcer after a while of drinking it. I did all of these for over two years and now I'm free, I can eat anything I want.
To be free from ulcer require being intentional and discipline.
