Monomad: some neglected learning buildings

Today I was so concerned to see one of the Islamic boarding schools in one of the corners of a small village which was very concerning, how not when I crossed one of the traditional roads that connect to the city there were several buildings that were already fragile and very unsuitable to be occupied, the building for the children of students who should have studied more comfortably now only sits on top of a building that is almost changed, However, there are several other buildings made of bricks that also look very shabby and dirty.

Honestly,when I looked closely there were several buildings made of wood, almost all corners of the building were weathered by termites, I don't know how the local government is so ignorant of development, even though the repair budget funds are so large distributed by the central government, I don't really understand where the flow of funds flows, What should be more prioritized are places like this but are ignored, it's really unfortunate.
