(Coprinopsis variegata) Is a common fungal species that usually grows on rotting tree roots. This mushroom can be found from spring to winter. Did you know, this mushroom grows in large groups and appears in small to medium clumps, there are also fine grains like mica that decorate its new cap, even though it is often washed away by rain. The color varies but is usually light brown or yellow like some of the pieces I prepared here. We can also consume this mushroom but it is potentially poisonous if collected from the roadside or on contaminated soil.

I also liked a lot of Coprinopsis variegata. I have never seen so many together.
