No, I'm not trying to get pregnant (this would be rather challenging as a dude, but then again it's 2023, so who knows?). No, the full moon hasn't come out. No, the government hasn't taken any additional funds away from me (this happens year-round). No, my hospital hasn't magically created new space for admitted patients so they don't get stuck in the ED for days without beds.

It's Leo Power Up Day!

Yes, the 15th is Leo power Up Day. I powered up thousands of Leo last month but simply didn't get around to posting about it. Thus, will be my first post showing how I clumsily stumble around trying to power up my Leo.

For the purpose of this post, I will attempt to power up 150 Leo. Let's see what happens.

My Feeble Attempt to Power Up 150 Leo

I go to tribaldex.com/wallet, a platform I find useful for managing my hive-engine / 2nd layer tokens.

You'll notice that I have a little bit over 2,000 Leo that's not yet powered up. I also have 15,600 Powered Up Leo that's delegated out. This is temporary... I delegated out a few 2nd layer tokens to @dhedge in order to grow my dhedge holdings. I'm using that to provide additional curation on the FreeCompliments community (more info about that here).

Now that my plug for my community is out of the way, let's get back to this powering up business.

Dang it, I misclicked. I don't want to transfer BRO, I want to power up Leo!

OK, I'm getting a little bit closer. At least I clicked on the right token this time. But no, I'm not transferring Leo, either. It's mine, all mine!

Where in the world of Web 3.0 am I? Oh, looks like the account history for Leo. Here I can see my Leo earnings from my Hive delegation and from my posts. Neat! Not what I aimed to do, but at least I didn't almost transfer Leo into the void.

OK, now we're getting somewhere. Correct token, correct intended action. Maybe I'll be able to stake this thing sometime before LPUD day ends.

Thank you very much, ladies and gentlemen, for your attention to my uphill battle to power up 150 Leo. It was a battle I thought I might never be able to win, but despite all odds, managed. Steven Spielberg should make a movie about this adventure and share 1% of the profits with me.
