LPUD: Back to Being a Lion Again & How I’ll Use My Leo Power!

My power up day is coming a day late, but hey, I had priorities! We’re all building something here, aren’t we? Coming all together, we’ll make this entire system even more powerful.

Reclaiming Lion Status

A few weeks prior, I had delegated my Leo Power to another account in order to earn some extra 2nd-layer tokens. It was useful, but I missed having my own staked Leo and being able to dole out some Leo to others when I curated. Hence, I undelegated and gave myself Lion status again. This just feels right to me.

Powering Up Some More Leo

Although I have intermittently powered up some Leo throughout the month, it’s time for a slightly bigger power-up. It’s not that big, but every bit counts.

That’s right, I’m using a black background now. Fancy!

How will I use this staked Leo?

Well, as I’m sure many of you have figured out, I can have a rather one-tracked mind. I’ll be relentessly curating posts, comments, and threads related to the FreeCompliments Community.

However, this is not exclusive. It wouldn’t be conducive to the growth of Leo and Hive to do that. I’ll continue curating my favorite authors, as well as any posts, comments, and threads that stand out to me. Everyone’s entitled to get some Leo! That’s how we should be using our power anyway – in the interest of everyone.

LeoFinance’s DHF Proposal

Don’t forget to support LeoFinance’s DHF Proposal. Why? It had my support from the beginning because: 1) it promised to help onboard users in a simple way while teaching them the basics of how to use Hive (solving some major qualms that I had with Hive from the beginning), 2) it promises to refund the DHF funds if it is unsuccessful in onboarding users, which is unprecedented for a proposal (and think about this, @khaleelkazi’s reputation and trust among the community is worth a lot more than $250k – would he risk losing everything just to keep these funds?).

Don’t make your decision based on my reasoning; you have your own mind. Use it and think when you come to your decision; weigh the risks and benefits.

Conclusion

This power up day has been successful! Next Leo Power Up Day, I’ll have a bit of a surprise in how I power up the stake. Let’s keep roaring, Lions.
