Fitness Fridays on the FreeCompliments Community!

I’m having yet another case of “Why didn’t I think of this before?!” Today, I will introduce one more themed day to the community, presumably our final themed day unless we manage to think of more. This themed day will be in addition to the current “Fun Fridays” that we’re already hosting. As the FreeCompliments Community account grows to have a more valuable vote, themed posts may get a slightly higher vote percentage in order to encourage posting, yet would still be based on quality.

While the topics are themed on certain days, this does not mean that these themes are not permitted on other days. It’s just an incentive to encourage posting! All topics are allowed on all days.

Fitness Fridays

This themed day will be all about making fitness goals, working towards them, and reaching them! The most important one here is “working towards them” because this is where the majority of our effort goes. I’d like for our members to tell us about what they’re doing to improve their physical condition. After all, a healthy body begets a healthy mind, and there’s a lot of research out there that shows how beneficial physical health is to mental health!

In the future, we might also start introducing fitness challenges with a goal of contributing to charitable causes. Wouldn’t that be an amazing use of this theme?

So that people are aware of the theme, just make sure to title the post with “Fitness Fridays” in the title. When other people view the post, this can help them see exactly what this community is all about!

Remember to not spam or you’ll lose the FreeCompliments community account’s votes completely. Spamming would consist of posting the same exact content over and over, or posting a very large amount of nearly-identical content over and over. If you tell us about your unique fitness experiences for that week, you’ll be in the clear!

Conclusion

Keeping in line with the FreeCompliments’ commitment to encouraging health – both mental and physical – Fitness Fridays are a theme that will help bring out the best in us as we strive to become healthier. Presumably, this is our final themed day!
