RE: Broken Modem Escapade and The Hours It Took, Wormwood, Rhubarb Juice, Weather, Cuc Ties, Raking - Wednesday

I haven't any dosage amounts, for now I am just sprinkling some on the dog's food, enough that he will still eat his food without the wormwood overpowering the taste. I am giving it to him every few days like I do with the garlic. For the birds I poured it in as they are rather indiscriminate eaters at the feeder and there are a lot of them to have to try and get to eat the wormwood.

He has been okay I am just trying to keep ahead of the garbage that he keeps finding to eat around the farm. It's a never ending process it seems.

I looked up wormwood, and it looks like a schedule would be a good idea, rather than regular feeding. Similar to what you'd do with regular wormer. Also you'll want to know how much thujone your strain contains.

Garlic is a great fifteen day antibiotic, I've used it successfully for a dog before when the vet's prescription did nothing. But as I said, it takes the right dosage to kill the infection.

That being said, I also know of someone who used it in small or medium amounts as a preventative supplement with disastrous results. It's of the onion family, and dogs can't handle long term exposure.
