In our Hive Traffic Exchange Community, you will only see one pinned blog which is your single point of entry to everything about PEPT. On chain and off chain. At this time, you will see that I have been busy since I joined Hive in March 2023. I created the Project ePayTraffic community, I joined many Hive communities, I posted blogs mostly in our PEPT community but I commented and upvoted on many other communities. I gave away many tokens to encourage people to blog in our PEPT community and for providing much appreciated support to get started on Hive. It takes a lot of time and effort to introduce and influence change in an existing system. A lot of distractions and plenty of unreliable information. In time, I hope to see more people creating blogs in our PEPT community. After all, you get rewarded for your effort. Our PEPT community is built on foundational value. Like getting paid for your effort. On our manual traffic exchange site, ePayTraffic, we call it Paid-For-Performance. More on this later so lets get back to our Income Professional Club.

The PEPT Learn Before You Learn philosophy was established long before Hive blockchain was created. The manual traffic exchange marketplace was studied and used in various capacity to build and test ePayTraffic Revenue Sharing Model. The model was to create a safer and more reliable online income for everyone. The model is designed to serve and reward people for their effort. It is not about hype that often goes with programs that sell over priced products to reward people up the food chain. The ePayTraffic Revenue Sharing model evolved to a Paid-For-Performance model and now it is being enhanced with Hive Delegated Proof of Stake (DPoS) protocol.

During my learning before earning exercise on Hive, I notice a lot of commonalities across many tribes and their layer 2 token offerings. You often see similar documents introducing and giving purpose to various tokens. For example, a White Paper is often created with varying level of quality content used to educate buyers and earners of said tokens. You will not find a document called a White Paper for PEPT. That does not mean you will not see documents to help you better understand and use our token economy effectively. You see, PEPT is about a collaborative journey where every member of the community has an opportunity to help evolve many aspects of our online earning and learning program. By now, some of you may know a little bit about Web3 token economy. In my research, I have found a lot of misleading content. Mostly, you have the same 5 or 6 talking points used as click bait from search engine results. You see, before I got to know more about the power behind a layer 2 token, I learned to code and customize various parts of my licensed manual traffic exchange script. A script that does a good job in providing many types of rewards to members but not scalable for the everchanging needs of an online community. Very limited and many owners doing essentially the same thing and not getting much better results. From my limited coding ability with mostly html, css, php and mysql, I build a Trading System for my manual traffic exchange site.

I created a Membership Quality Scorecard (MQS) to track and measure a member reputation. I created a Performance Ad Manager to enhance advertising from member surfing. I created a Member Configuration profile and added functionality to move rewards across different trading accounts and provided Paypal Mass Payment functionality. Once I learned more about the benefits of Hive, I decided to stop the current coding initiatives to focus more on how I could use Hive to grow my online business. So here we are, ready and able to try something new.

Recently, I was reading Alex Tapscott latest book called Web3. In Part II Transformation, Chapter 3 Assets he talks about what will be the Web3's killer assets. He covers 11 types of tokens that collectively make up nearly 100% of all digital asset market value. I found it very assuring that I was on a good path with introducing the various tokens within the PEPT ecosystem.

Today, I am looking forward in applying the skills I learned from my offline job as a Quality Assurance Specialist in a Project Office group in the IT department of New Brunswick Electric Power Corporation. I have learned to wear many hats and it is time to tap into the gig economy. I am able to generate a profit from my own effort and now it is time to leverage profits to new heights. I have been holding a domain name for several years for this day.

If you want to be part of creating wealth from your time and skill then joining our Income Professional Club will be most beneficial for your online journey. The mission is to create 10 - 20 million dollars in digital assets in around 5 years and if that happens then leverage it to 100 - 300 million in the following 10 years. Along this journey, steps will be taken to ensure that FJWI continues to be a going concern even if the founder has transition to a spiritual form. I believe in continuous learning and supporting people that are genuine with earning an honest living from their online activities. Income Streams

As we move along our traffic exchanging journey, roles and responsibilities for various income streams will be documented and sourced. The initial focus will be to make existing products and services more effective and as efficient as possible. Many skillsets will be provided by members and/or outsourced outside of our community. Our @PEPT-Earn account will be used to manage existing revenue streams and to explore new opportunities for our community. For example, our Paid-For-Performance program on ePayTraffic will be a priority since it is an income that can be paid out or reinvested for improved services or higher returns.

#GirlMoneyBrain #GoodMoringBeautiful and #GMB are tags being explored as a way to help boost online sales. This sales account will oversee incentive programs and support members that join the PEPT sales team.

PEPTide Value Added Solutions

Our PEPTide token is about adding value to existing products and services as well as creating new products and services. Going forward, every member of ePayTraffic and PEPT community will need to hold a minimum of one (1) PEPTide token. Currently, our ePay token distribution requires a member to hold a minimum of one (1) PEPTide token to receive ePay tokens from our Food Game PEPTEvent

Many opportunities were made available for Hivers to receive extra TooFuckeh tokens if they held more than one PEPTide token. As we move forward with our problem solving initiatives, holding more PEPTide will play an important part in boosting returns from member efforts.

Blogging For Money

Obviously, Hive is much more than a platform where you blog to earn money. However, this fundamental activity is not done very effectively and so Hivers are missing out on a reliable income source. Our PEPT Banker Account is slowly growing assets that allow for generous rewarding to members. If you don't post in our PEPT community than our PEPT Banker Account cannot reward you for your effort. As we progress with our collaborative journey, you will start to see more guides developed to motivate, assist and train Hivers to achieve a more reliable income stream. This is an area where we can complete some daily activities, acknowledge each others effort and thus profit in a mutual way.

A Problem Solving Token

Where PEPT is like a security token, TooFuckeh is more like a corporate token. For example, holding PEPT represents ownership of project deliverables. By accounting for project assets, liabilities and equity we determine a book value and a fair trade value. This mean your purchase and sale may trigger a capital gain or loss and you are required to look after your own taxation requirements.

Our TooFuckeh token behaves more like a hybrid loyalty token. You can earn them by contributing to the improvement of our PEPT platform. You can redeem them for special rebates, rewards, promotional offers or trade them on a Hive open market exchange. There is no governance or voting right associated with the token. If someone helps you solve a problem you can send them some tokens for their effort. Similarly, you can receive them from our PEPT Banker account if you helped solve a problem or you contributed to a process improvement initiative. Another example would be to receive them for helping test a particular product or service.
