PEPT acknowledges the importance of Philosophy, Culture and Honesty in a marketplace.

A couple of days ago, I shared a video and added value by virtue of context to help one better understand the foundational knowledge required to succeed with Project ePayTraffic

Today, I was able to find another video that will provide additional context for what has happened since PEPT started and where it is going. By going, I don't mean a road map or white paper. I mean exploring a level of love, knowledge and passion for a system that will deliver quality products and services in a way that rewards everyone in the system in a most equitable manner. The journey has had lots of challenges so far, more are expected and that is a good thing. At this phase it is most difficult and time consuming but once we start to see more project deliverables, including documentation and help guides for using PEPT systems, processes and following best practices; our program will be able to serve many online needs. Just so you know, I tend to repeat things that are very important. I also like to drop some bread crumbs, leave clues and give rewards that can help me in identifying needs and expectations in our community. Be alert, there are many statements made in the podcast that will become very powerful quality elements in the building of our Member Quality Scorecard(MQS).

Before you get into the podcast, let me bring you up to day on some drivers for the creation of Project ePayTraffic.

In 2016, a lot of things happened on the internet, in particular the unbelievable growth and impact of social media platforms. I had already proven how to generate profit from online activities and it became necessary to build a foundation that could withstand the negative impact from misguided usage of technology. Can you imagine the negative impact that misguided usage of ChatGPT could, or shall I say, is having on our Hive blockchain reward system? This is serious, cause all thinking beings are driven by some kind of a reward system. More on this later. Think Paid-For-Performance via 250 page views on ePayTraffic.com

So the goal became to create a new kind of reward program that could become the necessary catalyst for perpetual growth. And I don't mean a program from Trump University. #lolz The world is a #fun place and has a lot of repetitive qualities that cycles through many generations. The number of cycles is dependent on the tenacity of the community that is determined to not only succeed for themselves and/or immediate family but most importantly, the overall need to care for the well being of others. Including Mother Earth.

Along our PEPT journey, you will experience more occasions where I share content that is different. This is necessary to ensure, that, as part of taking on a leadership role, the leader must be knowledgeable in many disciplines. The need to know what a qualified and honest Subject Matter Experts(SME) looks like is as important as the need to build trusting relationships with members of the community. That is, if you agree to support each other on a journey of mutual benefit. In future blog I will expand on risk versus reward, or more precisely, Risk Management(RM) and Total Cost of Ownership(TCO). There are ways to avoid the negative energy from our world. Sticking your head in the ground or ignoring chunks of reality is not conducive to achieving project deliverables. OK time to hit play.

By the way, just so you know, my family is very inclusive. I already mentioned the love and close relationship our family and culture has with Indigenous people and now I want you to also know, our family tree includes Black people. The Upshaw's in my family have been in Windsor, Nova Scotia, Canada for many generations. Sharing our differing experiences is unbelievably powerful when it comes to solving problems and improving existing systems necessary to support our livelihood. So let us continue with the video.

Don't pass judgement on the content but allow it, to get you thinking of your online audience. Your marketplace. Your followers. Your rewards. Don't overlook or ignore the obvious elephant in a room. For example, the impact of culture, resources, desire, knowledge, love, hate, etc These are examples of measurable quality elements that must be considered to reach some form of mindfulness and awareness associated with project deliverables. As we go forward, we will apply tools and technology in a way that leads to continuous improvement on whatever we want just by completing iterations of the P-D-C-A cycle.

A very important message from the video is the understanding of an existing wealth gap. Resources. Who has it and how can we influence change that demonstrates more honesty and equality for all members of the community. This is an important area of concern I found within existing affiliate programs that are primarily pyramid compensation systems similar to a corporate ladder program where most of the profit of a productive system stays at the top of the food chain. In my years of process improvement practice, where I applied a People, Process and Technology (PPT) framework, and where the main concern was in the People domain, influencing a culture change always took a lot longer than one would expect.

You can get pockets of improvement from some small groups with similar demographics but when the goal is to market to the world, you cannot ignore or filter out stakeholders in a system. The filtering out part may exist without your knowledge. This is often why many projects do very well early and quickly but eventually cannot survive without being more inclusive. Again, I am talking about the online world as our marketplace.

So welcome to the world of PEPT
#Luv and positive energy to all.
