The mental health initiative on the FreeCompliments Community will use this account (fc-mentalhealth) to address and keep track of users who have received our help. We will post relevant links for the purpose of organization and write the steps we took and how we will follow up. This account will also provide support to users who require our help via curation, both for the purpose of financial assistance, and in some cases for increased visibility on various frontends.

• One mental health ambassador responded to the thread with condolences. This response rate can be improved.
• Follow up with the poster as needed, as she posts on Threads very frequently.

• Discovered and posted by @caleb-marvel. The poster describes how her elderly mother fell and ended up hospitalized.
• Some of our mental health ambassadors responded to the thread with encouragement, thoughts, empathy, and well-wishes.
• Follow up with the poster has just been completed, and will be repeated later this week, as their mother is undergoing an operation.
