Why Waste You Gadget Space (ROM)

The first phone I used was a phone with 16GB ROM, and the worst part of using this phone is that the memory is always full. I mean, I just downloaded some music, a few videos, and a PDF I have to read, but why is my phone always complaining about full memory? Most times I am forced to delete some movies I haven't watched or pictures I know I will need again in the future. Due to this, I have always aimed for gadgets with a much larger memory space.

With the current age of streaming, I have always wondered, "Why do you download a movie when you can just stream it, or why download a song you can always play on Spotify?"

I know many people will come with the argument of the cost of data and all. Yes, I agree with you. The cost of data here in my country is nothing to write home about but isn't it the same data you use to download the movie?

Honestly, I believe streaming a movie saves more data than downloading it. That's what I believe; beside applications like MovieBox and Netflix, it is very easy to store movies and stream them. Netflix is better because you can download movies on their app and they will be stored for you.

The reason why I don't like downloading is because it takes up more space on your gadget. So what happens when you are done watching the movie, or what happens when you need to take in important data and there are movies or songs downloaded on your gadget?

Deleting them is inevitable.

For me, I stream my music and movies. One thing I love about Spotify is that, once you stream music on their app, there is a section where you can play the music you stream offline without using your internet. More like it was downloaded but it wasn't. Yeah, yeah, it has its own amount of space it's taking but this is something you can clear and still play like it never left your phone.

In conclusion, I believe streaming is way better than downloading. You might disagree with me and I would like you to tell me why downloading is better than streaming.

Which part of Spotify allows offline playing? Okay I’m not even a Spotify fan so I wouldn’t know.

I don't even have an argument for or against streaming. I just know that downloading works best for me except sometimes when i have to see a football game.
