The Two Listening Device I Use.

Music, movies, gaming, and other things we do that produce sound; there are ways we enjoy listening to them, and it can be through any listening device. One thing that has to be considered before using a listening device is the environment we find ourselves and I, as a person, only use two listening devices: one in public and the other in my room.

My two devices of choice are my JBL speaker and my AirPods. You should already understand how I use them. My JBL speaker never leaves my house, and the reason is because it's so loud. I can't take my JBL speaker onto the public bus and start blasting music because I want to listen to music. I use my AirPods when I am in a public space, on a walk, or taking a jog. I love my AirPods because they bring out the sweetness, or should I say melody, of the music I am listening to. There are some music I listen to with my speaker and ones I listen to with my AirPods, even when I am at home.

Also, I use the speaker to entertain my guests or watch movies most time. I use it to watch movies at home because it gives the vibe of being in the cinema. I always make sure I don't increase the volume too loud because I don't want to be a nuisance to my neighbor.

As a gamer, I will never use a speaker to listen to my teammate when I am playing a game. As a gamer, it's either you are using a headphones to listen to your teammate when playing game, but since I am not a fan of big things on my head, I prefer using my AirPods because they also have noise cancellation.

When I am out of my house and my AirPods are not with me, I don't like watching or listening to music. The reason is that it doesn't make sense I am listening to music and it's blasting out of the speaker of my phone, and other people are listening to it. I know music is not private property, especially when it's not a song done by you but I always feel like the music I listen to is my private stuff, so I always give them the privacy I can.

For movie, if it's a movie I really want to watch. Depending on the kind of public bus I enter, I can watch it. If its the BRT or Lagos train, I can watch my movie in peace but of it's that of Danfo driver. I would just wait till I get home before doing anything.

When I get home and I want to watch a war movie, trust me, the sound will be coming from the speaker because this makes it interesting. But all games go to the AirPods. I have used wired earpiece but as techology evolves, and I have used better listening device over time I don't think I can do back to listening to anything using wired device.

Although, the Wire device has helped me before. I remember having a headphone which has wireless and wired function to help with music. After spending 4 hours on the road traveling, the battery for the headphone went off, so I had no choice but to connect my phone and the headphone with the wire designed for it and I continue listening to my music but it wasn't as sharp as before.
