So, earlier today, a call came in, and I was just laying on the floor, thinking about a lot of stuffs, but I picked the call…
I'd forgotten to clear my voice and carry out other routines before speaking to the client…

So, I decided to make some calls concerning the Camry, and it was not reachable, but I had the pictures.

He called back, I didn't pick the call. I had to miss it because I was yet to get the photos.

Omorrr on getting the pictures and sending it, his response was so cold. In fact at first, he took time to reply, and when he finally did, he was like, “I'll get back to you”

In my heart, I just knew, it's gone, otilorrr

So, hey, no matter what, don't allow your tone to get to your client…

Don't let whatever you're passing through get to your client…

I was going through a lot, and I allowed the lot to get to my client…
