Science invention: it's benefit and harm to human race

In Today's world, science has a profound impact on the way we live largely through technology. Our lifestyle has improved in many dimensions from Healthcare to transportation and the rest of them, our lives are literally lightened up by the advent of science. But fact still remain that one can't even tell if science is a blessing or curse to human race anymore. but all the same every advantage has a disadvantage.

Science as a blessing to mankind has improved man's standard of living in the aspect of electricity. Anyone can attest the fact that electricity plays a vital role in production as well as helping us power our devices, which I know for sure without these devices charged there is no way we can have access to our phones or laptops no matter the amount used In buying them. Even down to our home appliances electricity is needed to make use of it like the TV and speakers. What about kitchen tools which most of them can't work without power supply the likes of blenders, hot plate, refrigerator and so on. Science also made sure we have electricity even when the power holding company fails by providing generators and solar panel for easy accessibility of power.

Also in the area of transportation, science has made it a lot easier for us whereby in a jiffy you find your self in another location. First they invented bycycle but after much thought again they provided us with bikes and cars which is way faster than bycycle making it easy to travel from states to states. Fast word to cars and bike aircraft was invented to help travel round the world for business and pleasure.

Medical science has given us vaccine, antibiotics and life saving surgeries that would have claimed the lives of many. now people are treated and given the right drugs for whatever is wrong with them.

But in as much science has been an advantage to human race, making life comfortable and ease for people to live, science has caused us so much still much pain by incenting/producing of sophisticated weapons and machineries to destroy humans. How can you say you love us yet nuclear weapons and bombs are invented on a daily basis to still kill the people they are working tirelessly to make comfortable. Not to talk about international countries that are currently experiencing tog of war. Here in Nigeria, even our own arm forces are scared of the kind of machines those bad guys operate making it difficult for them to save lives. For sure these is one of science worst invention why in God's name did they come up with such invention?

Another aspect science went too far is in the invention of robots. Robots now imposes a treats to man's career whereby they now see human efforts as worthless. In some civilized offices, they make most of robots to do the works people are supposed to do and if this should continue then so many people will be rendered unemployed leading to starvation and poverty since they can't work.

Giving the human body a different curve like they call it "figure 8". BBL surgery "Brazilian butt lift" as appealing as it may look also in pose treats. Those guys going for it really don't know what they are into few years from now or probably they know but still chose to be ignorant. Few months back a popular cross dresser in Nigeria went for the BBL surgery which eventually failed living him to fight between live and death. I only blame science who thinks they are helping out but the other way round causing more dangers.

I only wish scientist will first of all consider the dangers in most of their invention before inventing it only then will the world be more safer.
