The invention of the Tesla coil

Good day dear Hive community, first of all I would like to welcome you all to my new post and hope you had a day that was full of great experiences! In this post, I would like to go into more detail on an interesting topic and hope you can learn something new.

Here are some pictures that I created with the help of artificial intelligence and are intended to bring a creation of the well-known inventor Nikola Tesla (1856 - 1943) a little closer. The Tesla coil is one of his most formative inventions, which he made at the end of the 19th century and it is a kind of resonance transformer for generating high-frequency alternating voltage and with a Tesla coil extremely high voltages can be generated without much effort and it is even possible to create amazing lighting effects which are reminiscent of flashes. Due to the high electrical voltage generated, there can be a number of complications such as burns, electric shocks or other complaints under the wrong circumstances and you must therefore always pay attention to the right application and of course choose the right place for attempts with high voltage! The principle of function can be traced back to the resonance of magnetically coupled oscillation circuits and one of Tesla's main goals was to transmit electricity wirelessly, but these coils are rather less suitable for this purpose and could only transmit electromagnetic waves over a short distance and Tesla coils are mainly used to demonstrate the effect of electric fields.
