What will AI OpenAI ChataGPT App mean for Mass adoption of the protocol?

OpenAI's ChatGPT has been making waves, and the ChatGPT app is coming soon.

What will this mean for the adoption of AI long language protocols?  With Bard and ChatGPT in use, will the population at large become empowered or disempowered by AI usage?  Will we get lazy and rely on AI too much, or will be get stronger with more efficiencies?

I think we will use these AI protocols to become more streamlined and efficient.  What do you think?
