I absolutely agree with you that taking a backup is very important. I had such a misfortune happen to me and I still couldn't do anything to save my data. This was very sad for me.

I'm sorry you couldn't recover your information, I know how difficult it can be, I learned many years ago to work this way when my brother lost all his information from a single disk, I said that wouldn't happen to me.
