The Future Of Linux?!

Latest video!
Sort of a Linux news/commentary so it's a little different from my usual videos.
I cover Linux usage reaching new heights, Red-Hat virtually destroying the CentOS Project, and how the top Linux distro players have changed over the past few years.

I'm pretty proud of the thumbnail I did for this one.
It's the new Red Hat logo where they've added a man under the hat. So I added evil eyes with a laser beam burning the CentOS symbol with the Rocky & Alma Linux symbols being startled.
Also, Debian is involved so I used their logo in the background.

I've been meaning to do live content, and one of my ideas is to live-stream designing my thumbnails. I feel like this would have been a good one to try that out with.

It's a short video, and once again I feel like I spent way too much time making it. The folder for this 14 minute video is 30 gigabytes large!
Most of that is due to the vlog-style GoPro footage that I shoot in 1080p.
That's what I started out with; just me addressing the camera and reading the articles.
It's actually the little details that consume the most time.
Things like compositing & animating myself onto the animation of the Steam Deck:

It only appears for a few seconds, but it's a fun element to add.
I really wish I would have bought the Steam-Deck when the time to pay for my pre-order came. I just felt like it was a lot of money to spend at that time, but now I really wish I had it.

I did some cool animations while showing the news articles, and the section regarding Windows 11 & it's Trusted Platform Module issue.
Things like adding vignettes over the articles and highlighting certain information.

Color-correction on the footage is actually very minimal this time around, and I thought it turned out very good.
I recently showed a friend of mine who is a photographer the color work I had done on my videos, and he said it looked great.
That was great to hear because I'm just going on what looks/feels right to me.
This time I only used the Blue_Tint.cube 3D LUT for color, but I still stack the videos and apply a specific blur to the bottom video. On the top video I add masks that keep each point I want to be clear/highlighted.
It makes it seem like they're in-focus while everything else is out of focus.
Here's the original footage:

And here's the colored & stacked/masked footage:
