Este lenguaje de programación es muy utilizado en el mundo de la programación web porque nos obliga a los desarrolladores a no cometer errores es por eso el hecho del tipado forzado.
Si bien uno está muy acostumbrado a utilizar un lenguaje de programación mucho más liberal que javascript en este caso los tipos no obligan al desarrollador a no poseer tanta libertad de cometer errores porque podemos crear funciones que acepten cualquier tipo de parámetro y retorno en cualquier tipo de valor cuando en el contexto de la función solo debería aceptar ciertos parámetros y retornar valores esperados.
