Hard workers should take breaks do you agree? I think they would depending on their level of desperation for success. Bill Gates at the time when he started Microsoft had a no breaks rule. No weekends, no vacations, nothing bit endless hours of work. Most people will look and say it'sa boring way to live but if you've ever had something you're passionate about enough that you forget to eat you might understand the man.

Bill Gates used to even watch the parking lot of his company to see who left the place early. He had to push really hard to get the company to where it's at today but in his old age he regrets doing things like that.

I don't know when the CEO of Nvidia will learn from Gates because of you watch his interviews , he's always talking about pushing his workers to the limit because it'll require hard and difficult work to succeed.

Bill Gates has realized that this is never the right way to lead a people or even live life and most especially after he became a father.

Most of these tech billionaires, CEOs and owners spend so much time thinking and working that they live a huge other part of their lives. The time with family and loved ones, the time to improve on yourself through workouts and personal reflections or even reading a book for more wisdom.

Bill Gates shared three main things in life which he had to learn the hard way. The first one is about solving problems by asking the right questions, questions like "Who has done this well before?" and "What can I learn from them?" It sounds very simple a question but that alone can help you avoid mistakes and increase your chances of succeeding with whatever you attempt to do.

Then there’s the popular advice most people give on time management. He admitted this was something he learned from Warren Buffett. Instead of spending every minute working, has learned to leave some space in the day to think. Sometimes even an entire day or week of nothing but thinking. That empty calendar might look lazy but it'll make you more effective if you come up with better ways of doing your work and living life.

The last thing he shared is patience. I think this is the problem with most tech CEOs. They have so much desire to see the work done that they are usually never patient with their workers or themselves. You don't always have to rush forward in life, you need to take time to understand things and wait for things to work.

I barely gave advice, I just talk about tech stuff but for anyone building something, Bill Gates’ advice to you is palin and simple just don’t lose yourself trying to do everything at once.
